Gave us an approximate on wait time, he was exactly right and both cars were finished on time.

We received a phone call that work was done and all that was needed was new wiper blades to pass inspection. He ok'd that and went to pick up the VW a couple hours later. Upon arriving, he was told that the vehicle had failed inspection after all as there were error codes indicating that it needed some work but they could not do it and did not know where to get it done. They suggested a place that might be able to do it but gave no contact information, only a name. He had asked for an oil change and to have a tire checked which they did. Topping off fluids has always been a courtesy during an oil change but there was a chage on the bill. They rotated the tires which was good but did not balance them. Instead, we found this statement on the bill: "declined by customer". He was never asked so, of course, did not decline". There is a definite shimmy/shake now indicating the wheels should have been balanced. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly even though limited in their ability to be helpful.

I know one fella that goes in a pinch and they always take care of him but I'm sure he's paying good for it. I called for a price and it was so ridiculous that it was actually cheaper to lose a day of work and do it myself. Not sure if that's coming from corporate or a management level. I've known guys that work there over the years and they were all solid enough people so I'm assuming it's corporate
