    The 2 vehicles I rented were beautiful 2025 models with all the features. The staff were courteous and attentive. I’d definitely use them again.

    Manager is great. Staff is excellent. Good communication, and the pick up service is greatly appreciated. Shout-out to the regional staff who come up from Binghamton also.

    The car was nice, clean, affordable, and fuel efficient. I received a free midsize car because the compact one was taken. I was taken back a little bit by the $300 deposit fee in addition to the car rental. (In 2006 when I rented a car from Enterprise, the deposit was only like $100 or $150.). But overall good value.

    The people at Enterprise Oneonta are great! I had a sudden and urgent need for a rental and I was consequently worried and anxious. Called Enterprise. My phone call was handled swiftly, pleasantly, efficiently, and correctly. So I could breathe easier. Pickup …. the same. Drop off …the same. The car and the price were right, too. Couldn’t be more pleased.

    These guys were incredible. The employees were friendly and professional. Explained everything and were happy to answer any questions. They picked me up from the body shop I left my vehicle at. Myself and another customer were taken to their office, couldn't have been much after they had opened. I didn't wait long at all. But the best part was that when I spoke to them prior to pickup, they actually heard me. I requested a smaller vehicle, as thats what I'm used to driving. I asked for decent tires or AWD because I live in the woods and am on the roads earlier than the plows usually. I also, jokingly, asked about a manual as that's what my car is, and they didn't have a strictly manual, but they set me up with the exact same model as my car, just newer, and it had paddle shifters. That is about as close to a manual as you can get these days, unfortunately. But it was pretty incredible that they matched me so well. I actually was sad to give the car back. Highly recommend 11 out of 10!
