After telling the woman that checked in my rental the absolute nightmare of a rental I had (was downgraded from the car I rented without being told or credited. Was given a car with a transmission that was starting to fail) I was told by her that I would be contacted by her manager about my issues instead I get a damage waver that honestly cannot be proven that I did said damage since I was given the cheapest base sedan that enterprise buys with hubcaps. Now they are saying that I somehow bent the rim which could have easily been done by a past renter and was revealed by my rental by the hubcap falling off. I will never rent from enterprise again after this absolutely abysmal experience. I will return my business to hertz.

Jill completely changed that for me. She made me feel like I had been renting cars for years. She explained everything in a way that made sense and never once made me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking basic questions. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident. She helped me pick the right car, talked me through every step, and checked in to make sure I was good before I drove off. She truly cared about my experience and it showed in every part of our interaction. Enterprise is very lucky to have someone like Jill. She took something I was nervous about and turned it into such a smooth and positive experience. I will absolutely come back because of her. If you need to rent a car, ask for Jill. She is amazing at what she does.
