When we arrived the tire guy was out to lunch and had some personal business to attend to. Since we have only one vehicle we waited. Andrew and Matt were great. They apologized and kept us informed of the time line. They were so friendly and kind. They kept us company in between tasks and they were very knowledgeable all things tires. When the tire guy returned it was fast and efficient. We will definitely recommend Mavis. Thank you Andrew and Matt for a great experience that could have been upsetting
