More recently, however, that has not been the case and appears other people have had similar issues recently as well. The final straw was when I took my 2025 vehicle in for its first inspection in August 2025. I was called and told that I need the rear brakes and rotors. I was surprised by this with it being a brand new car and asked if they saw any issues that would have caused this unusual wear to which I was told no. I was given a quote and told them I was going to take it to the dealership to have it looked at and was then told that would be more expensive and to call them if I changed my mind. I took my vehicle to the dealership and was told within 20 minutes that it passed the inspection and everything looked great. I specifically asked about the brakes and they were confused why I was asking saying it's a brand new car and gave me specifics on how much life was left with the current breaks. DEFINITELY will not be going back again and would not recommend for anyone else unless you want to be ripped off and pay hundreds of dollars for unnecessary services.
