It was late on a Thursday evening and there were other customers waiting in the lobby already. Waited about 15 minutes for my tire to be checked and discovered a major issue with my tire, no repair possible. Ended up needing to get all new tires. Was there right up til closing at 8:30 getting them installed. Overall very satisfied with the service, especially without an appointment or telling me to come back another day.
