  The guys in the shop were so helpful. I got a screw in my tire and they found I also had a broken belt in the same tire. Got it replaced quickly. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is the call center that scheduled my appointment. They don't communicate with the shop techs at all. The techs told me the call center tells customers to just drop off their cars and it'll get fixed quickly. They got backed up while I was waiting. I know it isn't the shops fault, it's corporate. I hope corporate fixes that. Again, the techs did great and I'm not faulting them. If you do call the number, ask to speak to a tech directly. They'll be honest how busy they are.

  Would not recommend made an appointment in advance with this place to have an alignment done. I show up 30 minutes early and then they tell me it’s not gonna be done today or would be towards the end of the day before they touched it even though I had an appointment, they said other people called in, and they placed a higher value than I did. I’m a traveling Welder, who has set deadlines and times to be at places This is why I make appointments and I expect them to be honored not spit on zero stars wasn’t an option

  They got me in on a Sunday afternoon for a last-minute oil change and tire rotation before I was heading out of town. The staff were friendly, helpful and the service was great.
