I had taken time off work to get these installed, so they said they had a substitute set in shop they could use. The tires are so loud, it drives me crazy! If I were rich, I'd go elsewhere and have better tires put on just to have a more peaceful ride! Every time I've gone to Monro, there's been an issue with something.

When i left i had an error pop up on my screen which ended up being a quick malfunction of my key fob(it resolved itself shortly after). Despite having just left when i came back they diagnosed it, gave me an error code(since it was dealer specific part), and made sure it was fine.My only complaint was that the appointment setting service when I called wasn't very clear on setting a time for when I needed the car to be done. So I accidently set the appointment to be done whenever as opposed to a specific time.
