- TEThomesha EdwardsOct 23, 20251.0I took my car in JUNE , didn’t get it back until AUGUST , I took my car because I hit a deer , only my front bumper was damaged … it’s OCTOBER and I’m still having problems with my car , they fixed my bumper , and my headlight was out the following month .. right now I’m still having problems with my headlights , and my button control doesn’t work from them taking my door off ?? I do NOT recommend!!

- RTRobert TerhuneAug 8, 20251.0Terrible. Got our vehicle without a piece of trim that was backordered. No big deal. I had to call periodically to see if it was in. They assured us that they'd call when it was there. They never called. I called to check one day and they said that it was ready for pickup. Would they have ever called me? When installing that piece, I found an adjoining piece of trim that was not in properly. When I removed it, I saw a large strip of two side tape holding that piece on. They broke the tabs when they removed it to paint the vehicle. Instead of ordering a new piece, they taped it on. It would've come off eventually.Unbelievable. Also, the backup sensors on the rear bumper didn't work. So, I had my mechanic hook it to their computer and it wouldn't register any of the 4 of the sensors. Gerber put the bumper on and never plugged in the harness. We found the harness hanging next to the exhaust. Luckily, nothing had melted. The paint job isn't very good either. No way I'll ever deal with those hacks again.
