- LHLauren Hitchcock4 days ago1.0The people in the store are nice, but the way the company does things SUCKS. If you are thinking of going in there and spending $4,000+ dollars, DON’T DO IT!!! They have no issue accepting your money, but when your order gets cancelled you’re going to be doing cartwheels to get your money back. First it was “we will put it back on your debit card”, I come to the store to be told anything over $700 can’t be put back on a debit card. Then they’re going to call corporate, who’s NEVER AVAILABLE. Then, they’re gonna issue you a check that will arrive in 4-6 WEEKS, or direct deposit (1-7 days), I opt for direct deposit. It’s been a week now and I still have not received my money back. Call the store just for them to tell me “I haven’t heard anything.” GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. You had no problem taking it - why is it so hard to give it back?

Last night I needed new wiper blades for my truck and came here thinking I was just getting blades. The store attendant, Dakota, stepped right up and helped me through the process and through his expert knowledge, helped me to select the perfect fit and style for my application. I’ve been buying blades for years and thought I knew what I was doing but this young man really knows his blades which absolutely impressed me. He even installed them for me which I thought was fantastic. Dakota really deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service and knowledge of the parts being sold. I am one very happy customer.
