They supposedly do a complimentary inspection but don’t top off the fluids if they even actually checked. You have to ask to get your wiper fluid filled but still mark off that all the fluids are “ok”. I only went there to get my brakes checked while getting oil changed but since they don’t offer just brake pad replacement even if the rotors are fine, there is no need to get the breaks checked. I’ve lived here for 1 year and have used monro 4x, 2x at this location but I’ll never go here again. Customer service is a joke too. I called the service manager to ask if all my fluids were checked since my washer fluid was marked ok but was bone dry. He acted indifferent but finally said I could bring it in to get it topped off. No apology no compensation for wasting my time. I called corporate and was on the phone with them for 25 minutes and they apologized but best they could offer was have shop in Canton redo oil change but once again no offer to compensate me for having to have job done twice. My dad takes his vehicle to wal mart down the street for $25 dollars cheaper and they actually do all the inspections and top fluids off. That’s where I’ll be going from now on. And I need my brakes done in a few weeks but definitely won’t be going here or any other Monro shop! Reply to owner: I was going to get my brakes done here in a couple of weeks and also get winter tires but because your manager has no idea what customer service is I’m going somewhere else
