  The staff was professional and friendly. They explained everything clearly. They were able to pick me up at the auto body shop and bring me back when my car was ready which was really convenient. The driver was engaging and helpful.

  I use enterprise a lot for work purposes (business account), so I have worked with plenty of enterprises. This one has by far been the worst customer service experience. I called on a Saturday to see about swapping my rental. The employee put me on hold for almost 1 hour and never once took me off hold to check in. By the time I hung up it was 1:15pm and they were already closed. I called back Monday and they were apologetic and said they would take care of my request. They told me a bunch of cars were getting dropped off and they would call me back. Never heard from them so I called. The person I spoke to said they had no vehicles for me to swap. When I told him a previous employee was supposed to call me when the other vehicles were dropped off, he had no idea what I was talking about. I will no longer be doing business at this branch.

  I just called in on the phone to switch in a vehicle, and they are giving me the service that you won’t get anywhere else.

  Nyack location is the best I've experienced in my travels for business and the occasional personal rental. Team there is courteous, professional, and knows what they're doing to keep a good running inventory of cars and get you in and out quickly.

  Renting the car was a easy process because I did it through insurance however, I asked if I can keep the car for an extra two days and the sales person told me that it shouldn’t be a problem and that they wouldn’t charge me. After about 10 minutes, I looked in my bank account because I got a notification and I was charged an extra $119 so I just think that before I get charged for any EXTRA money they should be calling and informing me. I am a person and I have other bills. Had they informed me of the right information I would’ve brought the rental back and Carpooled with friends and family to save a little money.
