    I was in a bind, my car horn wouldn't honk, my windshield wiper kept getting stuck, and I needed an inspection sticker. I was taken right away, it turned out my horn didn't need a clock spring, but I did need two rear shocks, which the got right away. Three hours later, everything was fixed and was less than another garage had estimated. Thumbs up!

    Picked up a stone that caused a leak in the way home from work and the team in Norwich found time to patch my tire asap. This saved me so much trouble as I rely on my car for work. Dennis has found time to help me handle unexpected issues more than once, and he’s always honest and up front with cost. Glad to have his team close by.

    I had an appointment set up for February 14 at 10 o’clock. I brought it down and the manager says that he can’t put parts that I brought and put them on my car. But he previously told my boyfriend he would even know he was not supposed to do it. So I called my boyfriend. My boyfriend went down to speak with him and then he said OK yeah we’ll do it so I left my car about 5 o’clock. Some young kid Colton called me and said we are unable to work on your car. The boss went home leaving this young kid. To call me the kid assured me he could do it so when I picked the car up along with one of my friends. It had a Kleinke noise, but unfortunately, the next day I had to go to surgery.. So my boyfriend took it down they re-welded it and then there was another problem. We could hear an exhaust leak. so they welded that part again. But the worst experience was the general manager. He was rude. I had an appointment at 10 and he said it’s first come first serve but the man I went to the 13th to set the appointment up the 14th was very pleasant. The general manager I spoke with was very rude to me and acted as I was a stupid woman. . Which I am not my boyfriend is a master mechanic for over 25 years has taught me everything about cars from as little as changing a tire tuning it up new plugs and wires new hoses from a radiator check in my oil changing my oil changing.. Changing my cabin air filter may I go on and on.

    I came in for an oil change on my new vehicle. I appreciated the fact they were able to get my vehicle in and have it done… however…. I read over my receipt and saw that they charged me for a “fluid top off” for $3.99. Let me start by saying, it’s not the amount of money, it’s the fact that this place has ZERO integrity. My vehicle went in needing windshield wiper fluid and came out needing windshield wiper fluid. I called and spoke to the assistant manager. He told me he’d “talk to” their technician. I said that’s great, but it doesn’t negate the fact you charged me for a service you didn’t provide. I’d like a refund. I got the run around, he can’t, call back, etc. I’ve called, and I’m told the manager isn’t in - both times. Again, it isn’t the money, but the fact they lie to and take advantage of their customers. My oil change came to over $90 - y’all couldn’t afford to give me the “fluid” you charged me for? What else did you lie about? Never. Again.
