  Connie was able to fit me in for an oil and filter change. I was very appreciative of her efforts to fit me in. The dealership, Zappone Subaru Norwich had a great coupon offer which really sweetened the deal. The customer waiting area was clean and well maintained, the coffee was great, Thanks Connie and Zuppone Subaru. If you are in the market for service or a new car these folks are worth a look!

  Purchased a used vehicle July 2025. Was told that the vehicle was never in a crash and the owner just wanted something different. The day after we brought it home we noticed the steering was loose (best way to describe it). We brought it in where they looked at it and we were told it “would just need some grease” and they would call us ins few days to set up an appointment. 2 months later they called us to tell us that our replacement steering midshaft arrived (which was surprise to us and it is not safe to operate a vehicle with a damaged mid shift). And it took 3 days to make the repair, however they did provide a rental car at no cost. When we purchased it, we did notice what were minor body issues like scratches and a cracked tail light and the rear hatch didn’t appear to closed symmetrically to the bumper so I assumed the previous owner had a minor rear end collision they never reported. Today we traded the vehicle in at a different dealership where they reviewed the Carfax and told us that the frame had been damaged in 2020 and we would be getting less than expected on the trade, and that Zappone may not have done anything illegal with the sale, although they did not provide us with the car fax, it was immoral to sell a vehicle like that and not disclose the damage to the frame. The money is one thing, but selling an unsafe vehicle is another that’s not at all acceptable.

  Always a positive experience With a cheerful staff. I drive an hour for my appointment and find the Zappone Subaru is always on schedule, thorough and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what they’ve done, why, and present Options for What’s next. My pup Loves our visits and is treated like a special guest Since the first time we walked into the showroom. I recommend this dealership for both Sales and Service!

  Classic bait and switch!! Buyers Beware! Drove an hour to test drive the 2024 Subaru Sport. It is listed at 10,991 miles (even has a picture of the dash) for $29,600. While test driving the car we notice that it has 14,000+ miles. We ask for a price break given that it was 4,000 miles over what was listed and they claimed that the price had just dropped because of the added mileage. Leads to question why they had the time to change the price on the website, but did not have the time to change the mileage. Over a week later, it’s still listed at 10,991 miles so beware. If you know anything about cars, you know 4,000 miles is a lot of driving. Sales manager, Chris, gave me the classic line of “We’ll be losing $ if we go any lower”. False advertising anyone????
