Zappone Subaru gave me the best dealership experience I've ever had. I drove an hour to get there, and it was well worth the trip. I had a recent car accident where my car was a total loss, and my insurer, Allstate, gave me only 5 days of rental reimbursement after I was informed of the total loss (even though I've been paying for $50/$1500/30 days), which meant that everything was in a whirlwind as I arranged financing, researching, shopping for cars, doing test drives, looked for my title so Allstate could pick up my old car, etc., before my rental reimbursement ended -- I definitely wasn't in good hands with Allstate.
Cassie, my sales consultant, was SO extremely helpful -- she arranged for everything to make my life easy and thought of everything. Allstate had only paid me half the claim, but Zappone trusted me enough to allow me to drive home my new Subaru and told me to just pay them the rest of the downpayment whenever I get the remainder of my claim payment from Allstate.
I never felt any pressure from Cassie nor Dillon (the F&I manager) throughout the entire process. They were both focused on making things as easy as possible for me. I'm one of those people who actually read every line of the contract and do research on the spot, and Dillon patiently waited for me while I scoured through all the paperwork and ran through all the calculations to double-check the math.
If you're apprehensive of visiting a dealership and being pressured -- go to Zappone Subaru and ask for Cassie! I guarantee that you'll have a wonderful experience. Oh, and she's extremely knowledgeable, too. It's my first Subaru, and she spent over an hour going through all the features of my car, setting up the Starlink for me, offered to set up the built-in garage door opener, set up the remote start configuration, web account, Eyesight settings, car settings, etc. so that I would have an easy time getting accustomed to my new car.
The owner happened to be there that day, and I'm grateful that he allowed exceptions like paying the downpayment later and signed off on custom terms and conditions I wrote.
I got really good vibes from Zappone Subaru, and I think I will take my car here for service in the future, even if it's an hour drive. Oh -- and they give free loaner vehicles for service too! I didn't trust my local Honda dealership (my former vehicle was a CR-V) but I trust Zappone Subaru because of how well I was treated.
Oh -- and the pricing was fair, too! I ran the sale price through AI, who said it was a good value. The Carfax, which they provided for free, also noted that the sale price was a great value.
I'm loving my Subaru, and I'm very confident that I will be a repeat customer in the future. Thanks, Zappone Subaru -- I couldn't possibly imagine a better experience than the one I had at your dealership!
