- KWKale Webb4 days ago1.0They got me right in which was great had a fill in manager from Endicott great guy but on the other hand the employee that changed my tires forgot to balance them I had to say something to the manager then he didn't put my center caps back in my rims and he tried to steal my wheel lock tool I had to go back and argue with the kid to get it and he said he never used one only to find it hidden in his tool box. I was considering stopping back after work to put in am application for work but after that not a chance

- AZAmir ZenkicDec 8, 20252.0Very disappointed at Manager of the place.Unprofessional approach to me as customer.With setup appointment day before,manager wanted me to reschedule for next day.Tires he promised me day before we’re not available apparently any more and day were on promotion and that’s why i chose Monro in the first place.End up paying $200 more for 4 tires with the installation.The employee who performed installation was very nice and professional.Only because of his work i can give two stars.Manager less than zero.

I would take more time to call cooperate but isn't worth my time. Would give 0 stars if I could! Would not recommend taking your vehicle here for any reason!
