They over booked and didn't have the time to change the snow tires. I understand , it was the day before the first snow but there was no offer to work with me with a new appointment, When the car was ready to pick up they didn't tell me what they did and didn't do, I wasn't even sure they actually did the oil change until I checked for myself. They were eager to get me away from them as quickly as possible. Which is fine, I'll take my car and my partners car that needs work done somewhere else.

I waited 45 minutes just to get my vehicle started, and I was the 2nd person taken. I'm pretty sure the other 2 people left due to aggravation. The appointments easily could've been 8, 830, 9, 930. The site manager is the one who scheduled my appointment, so it simply shows the incompetence top down of the location
