I asked for assistance with a specialty item, and he was absolutely useless, asking for the year make and model over and over again but it isnt a stock item. I highly recommend asking for a different staff member if you visit this location to avoid a frustrating experience. The rest of the store seemed fine, but I will not be dealing with Brandon again.

She made the whole experience way more comfortable for me and I understood based off how she was explaining things to me. For reference, I don’t know much about cars, but she was very resourceful and I highly recommend going to this location for that purpose. She seemed very knowledgeable and what I needed help with and was determined to come up with a solution for me today before I left the store. AutoZone needs to give this girl a raise! Thank you, Lily! ❤️

First guy to assist me was nice enough, but he kept trying to push an upsell of a way more expensive replacement bulb than requested. After finally getting me the basic bulb, cashed out and went out to install it. Had some difficulty removing the old bulb, but this is where Eric G went the extra mile! Helped us out right before it got dark outside!! Thank you so much Eric G!!!
