I came in With a leaky tire and I asked them if they had time since I didn’t have an appointment. Pat got all my information and explained to me the whole situation, also what the cost would be before they did any work. He also explained how they fix the tire with a patch instead of a plug. Within seconds of handing Pat my key, a technician was bringing my car in. I was there only 15 minutes. They did a great job. Oh, and also Courtney brought the Screw into me while I was waiting in the waiting room. Thanks everyone at the North Syracuse Mavis discount tire!
