Drove car a couple days and vibrations in the front were heard and felt over 65mph. Took back and they checked and found weights fell off. Supposedly fixed it. Drove again and the vibrations were still happening. We'll I took it to a different mavis and had them check it. WOW what a surprise all four tires were messed up. The manager came to me with 15 to 20 weights that were on these tires causing the imbalance. Bottom line the workers that balanced the tires didnt know how to balance tires. Obviously need to be trained right on this service. Will NEVER go back to this place.

The guy told me it would take roughly 1 hour, so i was going to wait for the 1 hour at the shop and go to work. Got to the appointment and asked how much it would cost and she said "$21". Of course I know thats the price for only the inspection. Apparently the person who did my work order only put me in for an inspection. I told her how long would it take and she said "we usually have people drop their cars off and come back". Excuse me? I didnt have a way to get back to my house as I was going to wait for my vehicle. Anyways, come 12 pm, I get a call from them and the mechanic said my car needed "front brakes, front rotors and rear coil springs". Tried telling him that I just replaced the front brakes not too long ago and he tried arguing with me saying that I didnt. My quote for the 3 services was $254. When I asked him how much it would be to replace the other things, he said it would be almost $1300. Suck it, not paying that especially when I dont need it. Ill take my failed inspection and go somewhere else. Ill never schedule another appointment at this location ever again! (ALSO, funny how there's another review of a man needing the SAME EXACT PARTS in order to "pass" inspection 😂).
