    Rite after the holidays my tire blew and my brother luckily was able to pick me up because times are rough and we went to almost every store in Syracuse and nobody could fix my tire but this place came in clutch and I can’t express how much the older gentleman and the younger man helped me and was so polite and professional if you ever need anything done these people are there rite ones to go too

    The site has no personnel for a simple inspection nor would they know when will they have an available person for a simple year vehicle inspection. Shortage of staff.

    Scheduled and appointed online for new tires and called the number from my online confirmation to see about how long it would be for the service the person on the phone checked to make sure the tires were on hand and then told me that they should be able to complete service in about 2 hours. I said great and showed up at like 930 for my 10 Am appointment. Come to find out the store was super busy and this person I spoke to was at a call center and not the shop. The folks at the shop felt so bad about the situation but was unable to fit me in at that time frame but rescheduled me for a later time that worked for me the same day. They discontinued my service due to the mix up. My only issue is that they were to check my alignment but not do an alignment because I didn’t have enough money for all of it. They did the alignment anyway. Due to the discount in price I was able to cover it but left me completely broke. It needed to be done so I guess it works out. I found them to be honest and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

    I scheduled a 10:00 AM “stay with vehicle” appointment for a flat tire at this Mavis location, despite having had slow service on a previous visit. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse this time. When I arrived, the staff member didn’t greet me—he simply opened the window and asked for my name. No friendliness, no acknowledgment. Even though I had an appointment specifically to wait with my vehicle, I was told it would be hours because they had overbooked themselves. My car wasn’t finished until 2:30 PM. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, the lack of customer service continued. They handed me my keys without telling me where my car was—only after asking did someone mention it was “out back.” That’s when I noticed my tire pressure sensor wasn’t working. After four hours in their shop, I would expect the work to be inspected before returning the car to a customer. When I went back inside to ask, I was told it “just needs to be driven.” I called my dealership, who confirmed it actually needed to be relearned, not driven. While this was happening, I also witnessed an employee vaping in the shop, right where customers check in and pay—something that is illegal and extremely unprofessional. Only after I expressed my frustration did the employee follow me outside and decide to test the sensor, which took less than 30 seconds to fix. Why wasn’t this done the first time? Overall, this location consistently displays poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and inadequate attention to detail. I gave them a second chance, but after this experience, I will not be returning and recommend you dont either.
