The experience was superb, and their customer service was amazing. When the rental needed to be extended, they called to let me know the charges that insurance did and did not cover, and made sure to ask if they could charge the card on file. Most companies would just bill you without a second thought. The call was so appreciated, and I liked that they told me the charges ahead of time. They’re also extremely efficient, as well as friendly. The cars are also always very clean and well maintained.
