Rented from this location twice and I will never go to a different location as long as they're there. Both times I reserved a standard size pickup and they didn't have it so instead, both times they put me in a bigger, better truck at no extra cost. I am super thankful that Marie talked me into getting the protection plan (which costs next to nothing and pays for itself 1,000x over if you actually need it) as I hit a deer on my way back from Tennessee. When Jalin called me about it, his primary concern was that me and my girlfriend were okay and assured me everything will be fine. Keep up the good work, you guys rock.
