  Jalen helped me so much. I was having the worst week of my life and having a really tough time getting a rental he helped me was super nice, polite, and professional. Need more workers like him in the world! He is so awesome! Thank you, Jalen

  Booked through Costco. Was then told car not available not even anything similar to. No escalation. Called Enterprise and got the corporate call center, they said they will escalate and all escalations help get a vehicle and I will be called back. Never heard from anyone.   Tommy and the other staff were really kind and very helpful. At the other branch, the reservation process was such a headache — complicated and time-consuming — but at this branch they handled everything quickly and efficiently for me, which I truly appreciated. Even though it was almost closing time, they waited for me and finished everything right away. He also gave me a great deal on the rental, and I was very satisfied with the car.
