- KMK MOct 20, 20251.0After working a all day i had some issues with my car and someone said stop and get the battery tested. When i arrived just before 7 i was met with a older employee with all white hair. When i walked in i asked if they could test my battery and he said " why did you not come during the day its dark " i explained to the employee that i do work from 6:30am- 6:30 or 7: PM. He than said " we are open for 12 hours " and i again explained that i was unable to make it during the day. He than scoffed and grabbed the battery charger. When we get outside i explained some of the things going on and he just said " thats not a battery issue" and stood there just starting at me. After a few minutes of complete silence i just ended up leaving. Completely unprofessional behavior. I would be appalled if any of my employees spoke to customers in that way. Needless to say i will never go to an advanced auto again. If you read this and need help with your car go to autozone down the road
