I think this whole thing is exploiting the needs of people and I think I wanna sue you!! I cannot get one awnser from anyone about why I need to pay a lockout fee when your equipment is faulty! It drains my battery within 2 days of not being used resulting in the machine to sense a power failure. I'm beyond sick of this !!! ITS ONLY BEEN A MONTH!!
