  It was quick and easy. Being able to stay in my car to get my car worked on is so helpful. They were very informative with what was recommended for my vehicle at that time. They were all very friendly and answered all my questions.

  I would recommend for sure! Respectful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was there about a half hour for an oil change and fluid top off.

  The guy lied to me about my air filter just because he was too lazy to change it. Worker are too busy talking junk and playing around with each other it takes longer to get the oil change.

  We got an inspection and oil change.The inspection took a long time and so we thought the worker had done both but he said didn't know we getting an oil change, after the oil change we paid , my wife wiped grease off the passenger side door and we left. It wasn't until a few days later as I was about to take my wife to the hospital that I noticed where she had wiped was damaged like someone driving the car had hit / rubbed the side. My wife is finally out of the hospital so I can address this on Monday.

  I choose my valvoline (the one near the mall) over any other place for oil changes and any other services they've offered me in the decade or so ive come to them. Even if I have a cheaper option, I trust valvoline to take care of my vehicle. Plus, they let me stay in my car which I absolutely love.
