- MSMegan SmithApr 2, 20261.0Beware! From my experience, these people can be very rude, and manipulative. They will promise you one price but charge you much more. Please make sure you read your contracts! I will NEVER rent from this location again.
- SSSharae SmithMar 30, 20265.0Sara and Noah were extremely helpful. They were attentive and they worked together well in order to satisfy me. They changed my reservation due to an error on my end and that caused me to have a lower rate which was awesome as well. They encouraged me to protect my travel by adding insurance just in case and that it would be completely covered in the case that something unfortunate did occur. They were fast and friendly and from what I could tell, experienced. I have not had a better experience with staff at any rental agency as I had at enterprise with Sara and Noah. They were familiar with my restaurant and mentioned they will be eating there soon so I look forward to seeing them again and I will always ask for their help specifically when renting a car.

These KIDS over charged me, spoke with the utmost disrespect and the regional “manager” threw a fit when I asked to speak to his manager about how he called me at 8am to argue. These people towed the vehicle and never told me anything but Smart Pants Ryan was more than happy to disclose that the branch has black listed me and that I would be billed for the tow. I absolutely will be seeing Enterprise in court lol without a problem.
