  Car rental was fine. We were impressed with the help we received. My husband left his headrest cushion in the car.I phoned the dealership and within minutes it was brought to us. In our rush to board our flight I forgot the tip for the nice person who brought it☹️.

  Ryan Jafarjian at the local Niagara Falls office was fantastic!! Super attentive to our needs and very accommodating. Great representative for Enterprise! Chris at the airport was also tremendous! With true professionals like these gentlemen, I’m not only going to make Enterprise my go-to, but I’m encouraging my friends and family to do the same! Thanks for a great and seamless rental!

  The rental car company is within the terminal in Niagara Falls NY. It is only a short walk to the rental car parking lot.

  BEWARE!!!!!! Enterprise took my reservation - I even called customer service to confirm the Niagara Falls location had cars and we were assured we were all set... 10'minutes before my reservation the location cancelled my reservation and literally laughed about it and said they do this all the time they were oversold by 6 cars.... so I called enterprise customer service back and said he gentleman booked me a new reservation and hour from my home- even put me on hold and said he confirmed they had the car for me. After driving and hour and getting dropped off at the Tonawanda location the clerk literally laughed at me stating yeah we don't have any cars..... so I was stranded! Missed my other travel AND had to pay $50 for an uber home!!!!!!!! Called customer service who still insisted they had cars and then sent me to the regional manager who said this never happens but oh wait THREE OTHER PEOPLE HAD THIS HAPPEN WHUKE WE WERE THERE!!!!!!
