  Worst experience ever at the Valvoline on Niagara Falls Blvd. The worker was very rude and angry for no reason. He spoke in a disrespectful way and showed zero customer service. I came for a simple service but left disappointed. Management needs to train their staff properly. I do not recommend this location and I will not be coming back.”

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline for about 5 years now and they’re always on point. Super fast, efficient, and everyone that works there is just genuinely nice. Never had a bad experience — every time I go, the crew’s in a good mood and actually seems like they enjoy being there. Can’t ask for better service.

  While visiting this location I had an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and overall I was satisfied with my service. Upon being advised that they were unable to do my tire rotation due ro my lugnuts possibly being cross threaded, my car was put down, I paid for my oil change and was on my way. The tech forgot to remove the blocks in front of my car and upon being directed to pull forward, I ran over the blocks. The next morning my tire was completely flat (9psi) so I went and put air in, contacted valvoline and spoke with Travis (i believe his name was) . They admitted this could have happened due to running over the blocks and were willing to do the repair. However that would void my tire warranty. I advised them I would have to go through my warranty and see if they would do it first. He advised me IF the company said they cannot plug it they are lying and because my car is all-wheel drive they would want me to get 4 new tires if they could not repair. He put my spare on, removed the blocks this time and I was on my way. I submitted my complaint through the website advising what happened , ensuring it was documented that if i had to pay for repair they were going to reimburse me, and I sent in a photo of a ROUNDED piece of metal that was located above the slit in the tire to show the damage caused. The manager (i believe his name is travis) called back and was VERY unprofessional, making light of the situation and telling me I was lying about them saying they'd pay the invoice for tire repair. Advised me that I must have ran something over and to "use common sense" while laughing. Upon me advising him I was not going to go back and forth and be berated , he advised me they will not be taking fault and will not be reimbursing the tire repair. I never asked for compensation , I just stated what happened in my complaint and feel that this manager is incompetent. I regularly visit this location for oil changes due to the friendly staff and amazing service. However after this experience , and the way I was spoken to today, I will not be returning to this location.

  So we went in a beginning of May to get a oil change and they suggested we get the radiator flushed out. they said it was to alkaline. So they did it for us .today we were getting new tires put on and we were advised that the coolant is pretty much only water 🤬so do yourself a favor and stay away from that location... UPDATE.....they call us after seeing the review saying it was a defective product 🥱🫣🤬but instead of offering to reimburse us and making excuses they should be calling everyone else that had the (defective product) definitely not professional calling people that leaves reviews 🤬
