  As always honest friendly employees from the office manager to the technician tha did the work. They never pressure or over sell. Explain in detail what they find and what they suggest be done. They provided me with a detailed report with pictures of the source for the clicking noise from my brakes. This is the only garage that I bring any of my vehicles to.

  Went 2 times in 2 days with the same tire with the same results. Flat. Should of listened to AAA guy.

  I have gone to Mr. Tire the last couple of years for oil changes and various things and haven't had a problem. I was there just this past Saturday, January 30th. I had a horrible experience. I brought my car in at 10:00 a.m. with an appointment on Saturday thinking I would be in and out of there in 30 minutes. I ended up being there for 3 hours 2 and 1/2 of which it took the mechanic to change my oil and rotate my tires. When I left my tire was making a terrible knocking sound. I turned around and went back . the assistant manager said that they didn't do anything wrong. It must have been my car. I did not have any knocking sound when I pulled in I asked for a different mechanic to work on my car as they told me that the guy that worked on mine was new and very slow. I did not appreciate having to wait 3 hours on a Saturday to have an oil change that I could have gone to Valvoline for and got in 15 minutes. I will not be returning to Mr. Tire and if my car has any unforeseeable problems I will be contacting a lawyer. I'm not sure what they did. I think one of the tires must have been not tightened enough because when I left for the second time it was better. The manager told me there was a whole new crew there so I'm not sure if they're a bunch of scam artists. But all I know is I pulled in a car that I've only had for less than a year with 57,000 mi on it only to leave being told that it had all kinds of problems. I am done with Mr. Tire.
