- NNNikiFeb 12, 20261.0Would give 0 stars if I could. At any normal car rental place, you reserve your car at 12pm online and pick it up at 12pm. Seems pretty straightforward, right? Except at THIS location, you reserve your car at 12pm, go to pick it up and then are told there are 10 people ahead of you and they will “call you” when one becomes available 🥴 Good luck if you are flying into Buffalo expecting your car to be ready - you will be SOL. Even if you call beforehand, they will lie and tell you a car is there when it’s not. You will find out the hard way when you get there. The other locations are also notoriously bad for this, but this location is PARTICULARLY bad and do not care one bit about you being inconvenienced. I think the worst thing is that the employees will try to blame a car shortage instead of their own incompetence and inability to have an accurate scheduling system. Go with Turo, Sixt, Uber, a flying pig - literally anything and anyone will be more reliable than this location.
