    Ryan’s customer service was top notch! The other gentleman in the branch was quite rude and Ryan stepped in right away to assist me. He made me feel right at home! I will go to any enterpise location he is working at. This man definitely deserves a raise! Great job Ryan!

    Riley is terrible with customer service. I scheduled a car for pick up today and when I got there I was told they had nothing left for me. Nothing left, why did I schedule a car then ?? Well because I called and booked through a third party in which they don’t communicate with enterprise efficiently. Not only does that happen and they recognize the problem, they don’t do anything to resolve it. I asked if I had a family and was coming from the airport on vacation, and you didn’t have a car, what would you do for us? I was then politely told that he wouldn’t “screw someone out of pity”. Great management!!!!!!

    I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. The Prius was clean, well-maintained, had excellent gas mileage, and great ride. I really appreciated how accommodating they were with pickup and drop-off. Overall, Enterprise provided outstanding customer service and great value — I’ll definitely rent from them again!

    Horrible experience, had rented an 8 person vehicle in advance. This was not available at arrival and no substitute or solution was found by the lazy and unpolite employee at the desk. He (Chris) could not care less. Due to this we also lost our booked hotel, we should have reached that day. Trying to get in contact with their customer support is IMPOSSIBLE, autoreplies ONLY. Promises of them to revert, will never happen. Do not book here! There are so many great car rentals in US, this is NOT one of them!

    Fusk hold dig væk hvis du ønsker at planlægge din rejse. Vi havde lejet en stor SUV til hele familien i JULI måned, som vi skulle afhente kl.1pm. Vi havde fået en bekræftelse, vi havde ringet 2 gange til kontoret inden for at sikre alt var ok hvilket også blev bekræftet. Da vi ankom tidligere end 1 pm pga jeg skulle krydse grænsen fra Canada, blev det udstillet som et problem at jeg kom tidligt. Branch Manager Christopher oplyste bilen ikke var klar før senere. Efter lidt tid hvor jeg spurgte hvornår bilen så var klar, fordi der ikke blev oplyst noget fik jeg at vide, der måske ikke var en SUV fordi de var på Recall alle SUV's. Så spurgte jeg ind til alternativer, så sagde han ikke havde alternativer fordi det var holiday weekend. Efterfølgende foreslog han en VAN hvilket var ok med mig, men så sagde han det heller ikke var muligt. Så blev det oplyst at vi måtte vente, efter lidt tid hvor jeg igen rykkede oplyste Christopher ud af det blå, at han havde forsøgt at kontakte mig 3 dage tidligere for at fortælle de ingen bil havde til mig. Jeg spurgte hvorfor han ikke bare sagde det ved ankomst, det kunne han ikke svare på nu havde jeg siddet der 1 time. Han spurgte kritisk ting hvorfor jeg kunne finde på at booke uden telefonnummer, jeg sagde jeg havde udfyldt alt hvad Enterprise havde bedt mig om. Han sagde jeg hverken havde oplyst telefon eller mail, jeg undrede mig og kunne konstatere jeg havde udfyldt begge dele ved booking. Christopher og team prøvede på ingen måde at hjælpe mig, det lugtede langt væk at min booking var misset og de havde håbet på jeg ikke kom. Det værste var de på ingen måde beklagede, forsøgte at finde alternative bilet til mig. De stod bare og var helt ligeglad med mig som kunden, på trods af jeg havde booket mdr tidligere. Resultatet var jeg sad i deres kontor og bookede 2 biler via andre bil udlejere en inden for samme koncertn. Jeg missede mine hoteller 1000 dollar fordi jeg ikke kunne booke samme dag. Jeg måtte booke nye hoteller i Buffalo Jeg mistede 300 dollar til Uber fordi jeg kørte fra Toronto for at hente bilen der, fordi vi skulle rejse hjem fra New York. Jeg mistede kostbar tid fra min ferie. For at gøre ting være har jeg ringet til Enterprise klageafdeling, som frygtet et de ikke vent tilbage på trods af lovning om det modsatte. Jeg vil betegne Christopher som en meget arrogant branch manager, der på ingen måde gjorde noget for at løse et problem Enterprise havde skabt. Jeg måtte løse alt selv, meget trist form for kundeservice. Hvis du vil have sikkerhed for dine rejseplaner så book ikke her.
