  The girl at the counter was so kind, thoughtful and patient with an old woman, myself. She also after seeing our predicament, me in a wheelchair and my husband with a walker, went to the lot and got the car and dropped it off at the door for us. What a kind and helpful woman.

  We've had very good experiences with Enterprise, but the pickup address given for our reservation at Niagara Buffalo Airport NY was incorrect. Please fix that!

  We had an excellent experience with our most recent rental at this location. Upon arrival by we picked up the keys at the rental counter and checked out quickly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we received our vehicle without any issue. Everything was as expected and very smooth. No problems with the vehicle, and we returned the keys via the key drop since our flight departed after counter hours. Again, no issues. The next day I received a receipt via email reflecting the expected charges, and I also received an email and phone call to ensure that the rental was ok. In my hundreds of rental car experiences I can't recall ever receiving a follow up email and call; this was above and beyond. This is the second time renting from this location in the past year, and both experiences have been stellar. I would recommend that travelers keep in mind that this is a smaller location with a relatively low volume of flights, so it may be wise to communicate in advance if you need to coordinate. For example, in our previous rental our flight was scheduled to land after rental hours do I called. The manager advised that I book the rental for the latest time prior to close but assured me there would be staff there upon arrival and there was. Really great people here!
