- NNNicole6 days ago5.0I called Basil NF on Thurs and had my new whip Saturday.❤️. I called the dealership prior to going requesting to work with a female salesperson. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a male salesman name Dana . Now in my head I’m saying didn’t I tell them I wanted a female to work with me. When I say after a short introduction and a few laughs. Dana was able to break through that wall of defense I have held for years whenever purchasing a vehicle to only work with females due to just wanting someone who comes across more understanding and comfortable to work with. Dana not only exemplified all those same things . He listened intently to my wants and help me pick out the right vehicle to meet my needs. I never felt rushed at any point. I absolutely loved my experience working with you Dana. To all the ladies out there who are hesitant to go into a car dealership alone and lil nervous working with a male salesperson . Please reach out to Dana. He joked about his name being the closest thing to a woman I was gonna get. Lol❤️ once again thank you Dana and the entire Basil NF family.

Sam was awesome to work with — super professional and easy to talk to. The deal was fair, everything moved quick, and you can tell he really knows his stuff, even as one of the younger guys there. I definitely recommend asking for Sam if you happen to see something you like. I know it wont be the last time I get a vehicle here.

He went above and beyond for us, kept us informed every step of the way, made sure everything was perfect, and made the process super quick and easy.
