  I was very impressed with how well the staff works together. My service team Tyler, Angelo G and Nate R., were quick and efficient with continuing verbal interaction so that each knew exactly what the other was doing. Additionally, everyone I encountered was actually cheerful. It was great to be in and done so quickly! While I was getting my oil changed done I remember that my inspection was up. Gemele got me in right away after my oil change and got the inspection done for me. I was so grateful in that he saved me from having to come back another time!

  Service very hassle free. People working there have great service skills and are knowledgeable. They also get the job done fast and efficiently.

  I was amazed by the speed and efficiency of the operation. Generally I have my Lincoln dealer pick up my vehicle and leave me a loaner so that they can change my oil. That sounds nice, but its a lot more of a hassle than it seems. When I've taken the car in person - turns into a long wait. It this case, I pulled up and all the bays were filled. A mechanic immediately came out and informed me it would only be a few minutes wait. Within 60 seconds another mechanic came out and checked my lights, signals, etc.. Before he was done, a bay opened and I pulled in. Next thing I knew, they were done! I said, but I didn't see anyone take the old oil out. Wow! to my surprise, there was another mechanic in a pit below the floor who drains out the old oil. REMARKABLE SERVICE. Very pleased. This is my new go to oil change service station.

  Incredible service from start to finish. It's rare when you feel like you trust the folks working on your car. It was a calm experience and I didn't feel like I was given "the run-around", nor was I pressured to buy additional services. The gentlemen working on the car were kind and helpful. Only feedback is that I received synthetic oil but they wrote that I should come back in 3k miles. It's my understanding that the sticker should have projected 6k miles instead. I trust Valvoline way more than other competitors.

  My tire blew out right after leaving the shop. They gave me explanations that didn’t match what I know about my car—I’ve known it for 10 years. My tire exploded, and they said it wasn’t their fault. Overall, very poor service in that regard. The man gave me explanations that had nothing to do with the situation—they simply didn’t make any sense. The issue is that he didn’t want to pay or help me at all. It was very poor service because they overinflated my tires, and that caused one of them to blow out.
