I’ve been going here for years but this one visit has Got to be the most Unprofessional and inconsiderate experience I’ve ever encountered. The communication sucks, They lied to me multiple times. Very rude and disrespectful, And the manager made it no better, Because he was just as Rude as the rest of his team. I will never go back here again.

Inspection tag, not happy at all. Always have to be prepared to spend more even if it an oil change or breaks. It’s annoying. The little underhanded methods to get more money from you. I hate this place. Will not be coming back. I really don’t have enough space to express how I feel. I especially don’t like professional behavior of the manager Ed if that’s really his name, All he cares about is how he get more money out-of customers I guess and you can clearly see it. I suppose it part of the job. But I’m a senior citizen and I appreciate better customer service when I am paying my money. After spending $162.99 for an inspection tag, I had to bring it back because when cause when the technician took the back off to see what type of 3rd break light I had on the car. It was put back in that jammed up the seat belt and it couldn’t be used. He started nonsense about if it work before I got there, really? I said Ed, Ed. I mean really. I was insulted. I just don’t like the place and the customer service I get every time. I rather take my car back to Queens and let my old Machanic work on it. And that’s a two hour drive. Not happy with them at all (the manager Ed) at shop 323.

If you’re looking for a place you can actually trust for tires or any kind of service, go see Kevin and the team at Mavis in Newburgh. These guys set the bar higher than anywhere I’ve ever been. They don’t play games, they don’t push nonsense just to make a buck — they give you straight answers and real care.
The customer service was outstanding. Honestly, I’d go back to them again and again just because of the way they treated me and looked after my Volvo XC90. Kevin and the crew, may God bless you — you’re absolute rockstars, and I wish you all the best in your business
