The team at Mavis did an excellent job getting us back on the road. We were able to make an appointment while we waited for AAA. When we got to the shop, they were able to check us in quickly and had the correct tire size in stock. There was hardly any delay and we were out the door in 90 minutes. I would recommend Mavis and the Newburgh location in particular in the event of an emergency.

I called ahead, and I come here every year, so I don’t know who made the scheduling mistake. They didn’t do their job properly, and I wasted my time. Then I went again on 2/15 at 10:30 AM. I waited over an hour for the inspection. If they mess up the schedule, they should at least provide an estimated waiting time. I couldn’t continue waiting any longer. What’s the point of making an appointment if this happens? They also told me I need to replace the two light bulbs for the rear license plate $20 each plus a $60 labor fee. That’s nonsense! After the inspection, the wheel covers were not properly secured. As a result, I lost both the front and rear covers while driving. I would like to know how you plan to compensate me for this. I have to pay for these wheels I’m done with this company. Customer service and pricing are zero.
