We pulled over and saw a giant hex bolt stuck in the center on my front tire. I didn’t know what to do so I pulled into the Mavis Tire near by. When I walked in they saw the panic in my eyes and quickly asked to help me. Their names were Kevin and Shaka. Both very nice and professional. They pulled my car in and had it plugged in under 10 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! Both should be acknowledged for their wonderful customer service.

There were some complications since my inspection was needed that day due to new registration and holiday closures, plus it was my anniversary weekend and a snow storm. And somehow I ordered the wrong tire size. With all of those complications the staff- Kevin, Tom, & Kareem helped me get what I needed on time so that I could be on the road for my anniversary before the storm! I’m so grateful. Best service I’ve received from a franchise shop and I booked another appointment for my husband’s car. I just hope it doesn’t get too busy since the reviews are so good lol
