  Enterprise Truck Rental’s pricing is unreasonable. The per-mile charges layered on top of multiple additional fees significantly inflate costs. More concerning is the consistent lack of proper vehicle maintenance, which results in repeated mechanical issues and operational delays. When following up for status updates, staff are unable to provide clear information, ownership, or realistic timelines, leaving customers in prolonged downtime. For the rates being charged, this level of unreliability, poor maintenance, and lack of accountability is unacceptable.

  Terrible customer service by Eric at enterprise I would call 4-5x just to get a one word response Couldn’t replace the truck that broke down I sat for a month with no pay and he still asked for money to cover truck Empty promises about deadlines Lack of communication Unprofessional Wouldn’t recommend to anyone i know go to a different enterprise if you want adequate service

  Took my reservation a few weeks in advance for a box truck which was needed to move my son. A couple of days before the moved they left a message stating there was an issue with the truck and basically I was out of luck!! Terrible customer service and the lack of communication is ridiculous. Made no attempt to help locate a replacement. Enterprise Truck is a joke.

  They accepted my reservation 2 days ago and called the day before to say that there inventory is wrong, and they don't have anything else to offer me.
