  Gabriel sold me my new truck, everything was transparent and easy. He was also very knowledgeable about the specs and the capabilities of the truck which was super helpful. The staff was friendly and overall a great experience.

  Great service and never felt pressured. Dan was nice enough to meet me outside in the rain as well as keep us informed throughout the process. Dan in finance also helped walk through everything very easily and was very informative. Appreciate the service from everyone at Colandrea we couldn't be happier.

  Our Salesman Gabriel was very courteous and professional. Very comforting and knowledgeable of the vehicles he's selling. Not pushy or arrogant like most I've dealt with in the past. Just a genuinely great person to do business with and extremely likable. I would definitely recommend dealing with him for your next new or used vehicle purchase.

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my truck at Colandrea, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Chris was outstanding to work with right from the start. He came prepared with the information I needed, really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured at any point. His professionalism, knowledge, and easygoing approach made a big difference and helped make the whole experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming. It’s obvious he takes pride in helping his customers and doing things the right way. The rest of the team at Colandrea was just as impressive—friendly, organized, and right on track throughout the process. From start to finish, everything was handled seamlessly. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Purchasing my truck at Colandrea was truly a breeze, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again or recommend them to anyone looking for a great dealership experience.

  I recently financed a vehicle from Colandrea Buick -GMC on March 9th of 2026. It is a 2020 Kia Telluride EX SUV. I've had many vehicles in my past but this is by far the most beautiful looking SUV I have owned in and out. It's performance is amazing drives very smoothly and has plenty of space and features I was looking for. It only had 56k plus miles on it which is great I look at that as almost brand new considering the track record I've had with other vehicles. I took my time in considering how I would write this review for Colandrea because I want people to understand just how much of an amazing experience this was. I will start by saying from start to finish I was impressed with every member of the team that helped me get my vehicle and it was at a time that I needed the most compassion and care I could get. I had a Nissan Pathfinder that I had purchased with my daughter back in 2021 from Thruway Nissan which is not even a minute up the street from them. I had no idea how truly terrible the service I had with Thruway Nissan has been until I met the associates of Colandrea Buick-GMC. Seeing everything being done so precise and thorough with Colandrea, made me realize how unorganized it was with the other dealer. My first experience in a dealership was when purchasing the Nissan back in 2021. I wish I knew then what I know now but I'm glad I discovered Colandrea Buick-GMC. Gabriel was the salesperson who assisted me with the vehicle itself and Carissa was the initial person who reached out when I was shopping for a new vehicle. When Carissa reached out to me I was in a very bad position because the work that I do is dependent on the vehicle that I have and she worked right away to find me what was the best fit and what was going to get me out of the situation I was in and quickly back to work. They knew that I was working with very little and they worked out everything in their power to help me get what was best for me and they exceeded that. Carissa was compassionate and used such discernment in directing me towards what was going to be the most benefit to me. It was never about them from the very beginning it was always about me the customer. Gabriel took it from there and on a spiritual level which I love and mostly a professional level. He was an amazing person to work with and even rolled up his sleeves (literally) to help me and my fiance transfer my belongings to the new vehicle when he wasn't even asked. He could have seen I already had help but that made no difference. I cannot express the kindness and compassion that I have felt with this dealership. Everything was done with care yet very quick and easy. I never felt like I couldn't ask questions and I never felt as if I was wasting anyone's time. If this is a decision that you're looking to make on whether you need to purchase or finance or any of the above, please do not hesitate to reach out to them because you will not regret it.
