  As others have said. It is a small business. It is in the side of a garage. I went here because it was a nearby "5 star" business with ego. He does not provide status updates. He does not track anything. He has no customer service skills. I waited over 6 weeks for a part that I could pick up at Amazon for 90 bucks, have it delivered to me in 2 days or less and completed the repair myself in maybe an hour. Did he complete the repair? Yes. Was it a pleasant experience? Not really.

  Repaired my Rigid Impact Driver and returned in working order. Associate informed me it would be a bit, but received it faster than I thought. Thank You Two Guys

  Outstanding service, and reasonable prices! We have had our snowblower and riding lawn mower serviced with Two Guys Small Engine Repair. They fully explain the work needed, and cost. They offer pick-up and drop off as well. Highly recommend!
