- JPJon PerezNov 2, 20251.0As others have said. It is a small business. It is in the side of a garage. I went here because it was a nearby "5 star" business with ego. He does not provide status updates. He does not track anything. He has no customer service skills. I waited over 6 weeks for a part that I could pick up at Amazon for 90 bucks, have it delivered to me in 2 days or less and completed the repair myself in maybe an hour. Did he complete the repair? Yes. Was it a pleasant experience? Not really.
