  Absolutely terrible service. Most definitely will not be going back. My mechanic scheduled an appointment for me to get an alignment as my steering wheel had to be to the left in order to go straight because the tow was off on the right side causing significant pulling. I got my car back, drove down the road to find that the issue was not fixed. When I went back to address the issue, the manager and mechanic whom did the “alignment” both dismissed me and the questions and concerns I had. Talked to me as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. Ended up going to Monro in Geneva off Hamilton Str. the next day, they fixed it without any issues within an hour.
