  I just got my Polestar 3 and love the car. It is serviced through Volvo Manhattan and the team Is incredibly helpful and compassionate. Two thumbs up for the service.

  This dealership has no concept of keeping commitments and has zero concept of customer service or any regard for customer experience. I booked an appointment to get my Polestar P3 serviced for 11:40 am on Wednesday 4/22. I showed up at the dealership at 10:45 am. I was curtly told by the service manager they are too busy to look at my car for at least another week. Why would you make an appointment or even offer up the slot if you are unable to service the customer at the time? I explained to the service manager that I had driven all the way from Jersey and it would be a tremendous inconvenience to come back again. They were dismissive and didn’t offer to help in any way. Avoid this place! Never getting a dime of my business.

  Şevval was honestly one of the most genuine and attentive sales representatives I’ve come across in a long time. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, without any pressure at all. Instead of just trying to make a sale, she really focused on understanding what we needed, and that made all the difference. Truly lucky to have met someone like her 🙌 highly recommend!

  I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Volvo XC60 from this dealership and had a disappointing experience regarding how the vehicle was represented. During the sales process, I was told multiple times that the car had “brand new tires.” That same point was reinforced in finance when I was encouraged to purchase a tire protection plan to cover those “brand new tires.” Based on that, I reasonably believed all four tires were new. After about 5,600 miles, I brought the car in for service and was told the front tires were already at 4/32 tread and needed replacement. This didn’t add up, and I later learned that only two of the tires had actually been replaced prior to sale. This was never disclosed. I’ve made several good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with the dealership, but was ultimately told I would need to pay $600 to replace the remaining two tires. This experience was frustrating because it came down to a mismatch between what was communicated during the sale and the actual condition of the vehicle. I would have made different decisions had I been given accurate information upfront. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously and improves transparency in the sales process.

  Angela at Volvo Cars was absolutely amazing. This was the first dealership we visited that day, and after that we went to four others. Honestly, the level of service, professionalism, and detail we received at Volvo was 1000/10 and made every other dealership look bad. Angela truly went above and beyond in helping us with our 2026 Volvo XC90. She explained every single detail of the car and made sure we fully understood everything we were getting. Our first visit was about two hours long because she took the time to walk us through all the features, options, and technology without ever making us feel rushed. When we came back to pick up the car, she once again went above and beyond by helping us set up and understand all the technology inside the vehicle. Mustafa was also incredibly helpful, and together they helped us secure a very good lease deal. It’s now been one week since we bought the car, and we absolutely love it. We are so happy with our XC90 and very excited to be part of the Volvo family. Thank you, Angela and Mustafa, for making this such an exceptional experience.
