  Absolutely horrible experience on 03/26 during the overnight shift. The employee working that night (obese guy with white hair ) was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. From the moment we approached, his attitude was dismissive and borderline hostile — like we were bothering him just for asking a simple question. What’s worse is that he completely ignored the employee rate policy. We clearly mentioned the Moxy East Village employee benefit of $15 per 24 hours, and instead he charged us $52 with no explanation, no willingness to check, and no care at all. It honestly felt like he either didn’t know what he was doing or just didn’t care. When we tried to clarify, he spoke to us in a rude yelling at us, condescending way — like we were trying to scam him, when in reality we were just asking for the correct rate that’s supposed to be honored. This is not just bad service — it’s a lack of basic professionalism and respect, especially toward fellow hospitality employees. If this is how staff treats people overnight, management seriously needs to step in. I wouldn’t trust coming back if this is the kind of experience you get.

  Pros: Best prices around with ok service. Cons: When I picked up my car I noticed my dashcam was unplugged, something I never do. I tried plugging it back in and it wouldn’t turn on. The 12v cigarette lighter connection was ripped from its port and the wire was loose. I approached a staff member and explained the situation just to let him know what happened, the cars has been there for 12 hours I doubt the person who ripped the cord was still working their shift. He just nodded his head and I drove home. I wouldn’t park here again.

  Absolutely horrible service. Would not provide an itemized receipt for an additional charge. I paid for it and calmly asked please give me a receipt on what I am paying for. His demeanor completely changed and he was very animated. I asked for his name and he said his name is Joe (which I know is not true). He was yelling at me for no reason, moving his arms around and almost seemed like he was about to hit me when I told him to calm down. There was also another customer who they were being rude to as well. Another lady attendant came and was nice enough but couldn't resolve my issue. Incident happened around 2/3/2026 7 05 pm. Management please check your cameras. You need to have better people working for you. Horrible horrendous experience and will left everyone know to never park there.

  What an experience today 12/25/2025. I parked there for a week everything was fine nice garage nice workers no problems at all until the Christmas Day I made a booking through SPOTHERO app as usual from 9:30Am to 7:30Pm on December 25th,2025 .when I get there I meet the most unhappiest worker in the world .a Latino guy the rudest worker i ever dealt with .as soon as I get out of my car $15 more ,$15 more ,$15 more ,keep repeating the same thing .i was trying to figure out what’s going on he is not listening at all and don’t want to talk he was so mad that I decided to grab my key ,make u turn and leave .this is not the guy you want to deal with .so I went ahead and cancel my day parking With SPOTHERO and canceled the Monthly booking I did which supposed to start January 3rd .never again
