  Prob the worst place I have ever parked at in all of the five Boroughs the workers attitudes like they hate their jobs is clear and the garage is only open till 11pm which no one’s said anything about to me and had a coworker not said anything my car would have been stuck in there till 6:30 am . And than to add insult to injury they acted like they didn’t kno they had an account with my job and tried to over charge me . Absolute CIRCUS …….. DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE HERE ………. Beware!!!!!!!!

  I couldn't get near the office to pay as there were too many pedicabs and bikes there. When I did, I mentioned it and was yelled at.

  The valet (Rafael) is a thug! Not only is he a lazy valet, he is so rude! When I drove up, he was nowhere to be found. I rang the office bell multiple times with no answer. Even the people who arrived after me tried looking for him and were frustrated with the poor service. He took care of the people who came after me although I had been waiting almost 10 minutes before they came. He was extremely rude to me and threatened he would cancel my reservation, and said I was lucky I found a parking spot for $19 when I should have paid $100. He yelled at me when I asked if I was getting a paper ticket. Then he started to insult me in Spanish and started mocking me while talking to two Spanish-speaking customers. This was by far my worst experience at a parking garage!
