What a joke and a nightmare -
On 4/4/2026, I booked a reservation on SpotHero. I booked it for 8 p.m. (4/4/2026) - 4 a.m. of 4/5/2026. I got back around 2:50 a.m., and one of the staff named Dele Olowolafe told me to go downstairs and scan my ticket. Sure, no problem. I scanned it, and it told me to pay, which was weird because I had already paid on SpotHero. I scanned it again to make sure, and the same result came up. Dele came down, and I had told him multiple times I had paid on SpotHero and even showed him my receipt on the app. He did not care to look at it. He said to scan it again after telling him I drive a BMW. Oh, all of a sudden, it changed from $42 to $62, proceeded to give me and my friends attitude, and helped another group. He told me that the manager was not here and to call in the morning because he couldn’t do anything about it. Basically, he told me to pay or I'm not getting my car back. Feeling frustrated and it's 3 a.m., I paid. That means $62 + $42 = $104 FOR 5 HOURS. Double charge.
I go back up, and I argue with Dele because I'm tired, angry, upset, and confused why I'm being charged when I had already paid on SpotHero. He tells me I have no respect for elderly people when he never gave me respect in the first place. Respect goes both ways. Someone else pulls in with my car, and it's not Dele. I figured why not tell him the story again. Turns out, it was the NIGHT MANAGER, Leonardo Mendoza. If you are reading this, give Leonardo a DAMN RAISE. He was so understanding, listened, and was giving me solutions to the issue. Dele comes back again and says, “You said you only PAID online," and I firmly stated, "No, I paid on SPOT HERO." And what gives if I paid online? I STILL PAID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT?!
Even all my friends heard me, and Dele continues to fight me on this and suggests I was in the wrong and says I should've stated I paid on SH (mind you, that’s what I was telling him in the beginning!!!)
Dele Olowolafe, you are a disgrace. Shame on you.
Leonardo Mendoza (night manager), you are a blessing in disguise. Give this man a raise asap.
Fix your staffs ASAP. Unacceptable.

We parked here on Feb 28, 2026 in the afternoon with a SpotHero reservation and returned around 7:30 PM to pick up our car. When retrieving the vehicle, the staff directed us to pay at their pay station even though we had already prepaid through SpotHero. This resulted in being charged twice.
When we tried to explain the situation and ask for help resolving the double charge, the staff completely ignored us. While I was walking toward the waiting area, a valet driver nearly hit me while pulling our car out of the parking space.
The driver was also extremely rude and blamed us, saying it was because we “don’t speak good English” regarding the SpotHero reservation. When I asked for his name or identification so I could report the incident to the company, the staff refused to provide any information and told us to leave, saying they would only cooperate if we called the police.
Fortunately, SpotHero helped resolve the double charge and issued a refund, but the experience at this garage was unacceptable.
This review is not about price or convenience — the staff’s behavior and lack of professionalism can completely ruin your day. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.
The valet we had unfortunately was extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive. The worst parking experience we’ve had in nyc.
Upon initial arrival, we told the valet that we had paid online, but he would not listen, keeps telling us to go to the kiosk downstairs. Same thing happened upon our return to retrieve the car. He would not listen to us talking, instead keeps repeating we had to go to the kiosk downstairs. So we went to the kiosk, had to pay a second time. Then when we finally were able to help the valet realize and find our online payment, he blamed us for not telling him earlier???
When we asked to talk to a manager to request a refund for our double payment, the valet became aggressive. Pointed his finger at us, yelled at us to “get out”. Refusing to provide a solution. Thankfully another valet came over to intervene and provided us information to the manager’s office.
This type of unprofessional and aggressive behavior is unacceptable towards anyone, let alone a costumer. Extremely disappointed.
I had a night out on February 18th and decided to park at parkfast loc 100, long story cut short the parking spaces are tight and they park two cars in one space in front of one another. I begged the attendant which was a trainee to be careful with my car and we walked around the car so he could see there are no scratches. When I returned at 10:04pm the car was waiting for me which was great but when I drove off I noticed my keyfob was broken. I am not sure which attendant broke my key fob but it was returned to me with the back of the key fob hanging and I am upset because for one that is not how I gave it to them and secondly it is a little pricey to get a new one. So my $40 parking bill turned into $340. Just a word of encouragement make sure you check your car and key-fob when you return to pickup your vehicle.

I’d like to tell you what a terrific job Lucien did. I had lost my ticket. He was gracious, helpful and professional. You are very lucky to have an absolutely outstanding employee like Lucien. Please make him employee of the month! His ability to deliver customer service is unparalleled. Thank you!
