  BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Very disappointing experience. In my experience, this garage was extremely difficult to deal with after I reported damage to my vehicle following a valet stay. The parking conditions also appeared very tight, which did not inspire confidence about how vehicles are being handled inside. What made the situation worse was how UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE the process felt afterward. The phone number listed online for the garage was not working when I tried to report the issue. When I went back in person, the manager was not there, and I was told to follow up later. Communication after that was poor and frustrating. I specifically asked about CCTV footage from drop-off and pickup because that seemed like the fairest and most objective way to verify the condition of my car before and after the valet stay. Instead, I was told the claim was denied, and they refused to provide or allow review of the footage and records they said they relied on in their investigation. Overall, the lack of transparency, the refusal to meaningfully address questions about footage, and the unprofessional handling by management made this a very bad customer experience. I expected much better accountability and communication from a valet garage.

  I was told 2 different price then i was charged an additional 20 dollars for a so called special spot. That’s not even the worst part 10 minutes after I left I noticed they had left someone else’s car keys in my car and when I returned it the person there gave me attitude saying “ Did I do that “ just the worst parking spot I’ve been to

  The server defrauded an additional $20 for a VIP parking space and later said they could reduce it by $10. The fare recorded on the computer is $25 per hour, and $10 is something he put in his pocket without recording. At a glance, it's clear he is extorting customers. Does his boss know about such employees? What would his boss do if he did?The waiter I mentioned is a bald man.

  The pricing at this parking garage is extremely misleading. The sign clearly stated all-day parking is $22.81, so I assumed parking for one hour would be reasonable. When I parked, the attendant told me it would be $20 for one hour. At no point was I informed that my SUV was considered “oversized” or that there would be additional charges. When I returned to pick up my car after just one hour, I was shocked to be told I owed an additional $37, bringing the total to $57 for ONE HOUR of parking. This is unacceptable. If oversized vehicle fees apply, they should be clearly posted and explained upfront, not sprung on customers afterward. This felt deceptive and unprofessional. I will not park here again and strongly warn others to ask about hidden fees before leaving their .
