  WATCH OUT FOR THE GARAGE ATTENDANTS DOUBLE CHARGING AT 14TH & 8TH AVE PARKING GARAGE!! Contacted customer service and they're trying to refund the lesser charge even though it's the original charge. The overcharge is more money and they claim they can't refund it due to the overcharge being done in person. It doesn't matter how it was paid! I don't need to be there in person for you to refund the amount I was overcharged, right? So come on, thats the most unprofessional excuse. So be careful where you park in NYC. Not to mention the person that took my reservation was mumbling and I couldn't even understand him and when I picked up my vehicle a different attendant just let me stand there and his excuse was he thought I was with the man in the car that was trying to park... this is outrageous!

  This place is abusive—an absolute rip-off. Three customers before us complained about the exact same thing. We paid $89.49 for just one hour and 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. Do not park here without checking the rates first.

  Horrible service, yelled to close trunk and ended up dropping are bags. Also, couldn’t even understand english only insisted to close the door. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

  Prices advertised are not prices charged. Price was double advertised online and prices listed inside garage are in 11 font type, on an 8x11 sheet of paper, 10 feet from where customer service meets driver and provides ticket. No other pricing was made clear. This Sneaky business tactic is Soulless, Greedy, a Shameful. Single mom just trying to get her kid to an event she worked her ass for on scholarship almost didn’t happen because of this shameful business. Prices must be clearly displayed so customers may have a choice. Shame on this company. Shame shame shame.
