  Recently used this parking garage for my stay in the city. The payment for the garage was through spot hero as I get there I was told to go through a garage and when I did my vehicle antenna was damaged and the gentleman that was working there told me he should’ve told me to go through a different gate, I was told I should contact the manager, which I did. His name was Javier. Javier made it seem like it was my fault that I should’ve known that I have an antenna on the top of my car that I wouldn’t be able to fit through the gate and that I’m the reason why the car is damaged and that the gate was damaged as well -_- complete lie they take no accountability for the the issue and blamed the customer as if it’s their fault , and they should know where to go when they’re being directed to go through a certain gate. very Unprofessional my experience was not Pleasant at all.

  The parking location is excellent — very convenient and close to major attractions and public transportation. It’s easy to access and feels reasonably safe. However, the price is significantly higher than expected, even for New York. While the convenience is a major advantage, the cost makes it hard to justify for longer stays. A more competitive rate would make this a much better option

  I forgot my suitcase at this private parking lot in New York, and when I came back, it was still there. It had already been labeled with my license plate number and the model of my car. The service was extremely professional, well-organized, and above all, honest. I could have lost everything, but nothing was taken. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for your integrity and outstanding service.
