  DO NOT park here. Prepaid to park for a few hours and when we picked up the car, we were told we owed the “balance” which was another $30 or so. They never communicated any extra fees upon dropping off the car. Total SCAM. Very unprofessional.

  Be careful, I prepaid for a spot and they hit me with an overage when picking up my car. Had to call my bank and dispute.

  There is a thief that works in this parking garage! I parked my car here on Saturday night, August 6th, 2022 so I could attend a concert at Lincoln center. Before getting out of my car, I left my pocket knife, worth about $80 in the glove compartment because I could not take it into Lincoln center. I drove home that night and checked my glove compartment the next morning and the pocket knife was gone. Naturally, I have no hope of retrieving this knife or ever being reimbursed for it, but please BE AWARE. If you are parking in this garage in the year 2022, the culprit is most likely still working in the garage. Do not leave valuables in your car and if you do, lock them up.

  I had a smooth experience here. I booked the spot reservation on the Way app and the attendants at this garage scanned my QR code and we were all set. They took my keys and parked my car. No line to get in. They let us come back before our time was up because I forgot something in the car. Getting the car back at the end of the shift was simple.
