  This garage was great! Everything went smoothly. I talked to one of the employees and he said he’s been working there for over 30 years. That’s a sign of a great company!

  Well run place. Convenient payment. They handled the car nicely with no damage. Expensive. $62 for 1.5 h. parking. . Short wait for pick up. Accepts minivans.

  Parked at 143-145 W 40th Street in NYC. Workers were very prompt and courteous. Price was as expected from AC Hotel discount arranged when the hotel stamped the parking ticket. The hotel advised us not to prepay, and to only pay in person when handing in the stamped ticket at the end of our stay.

  If possible, please rate this experience 0 stars. It is extremely rude, disrespectful, and constitutes outright extortion. The manager, Eduardo, will demand payment from you, and it is absurdly unreasonable for them to request $200 in cash from anyone. Please refrain from parking here unless you are prepared for a highly negative experience.
