- JRJo Rivera1 day ago4.0Pulled into the lot wasn’t greeted by the first attendant and then I saw a sign “sorry we’re full monthly parking members only” then I saw another attendant greeted me and made the entire experience so much better. He asked if I made a reservation which I did. Just make sure you have reserve in advance. I used SpotHero and everything went smoothly. When I went to retrieve my car saw different staff and they were friendly. I was debating on whether or not to park here due to all the horrible reviews but as long as you reserve in advance and also make sure to turn right once you enter the garage. Other than that should be good to go.

Anything could have crawled in; bugs, mice etc. And best of all I drove my car out with a flat tire and I didn't bring it in that way. No flat tire reimbursement, no explanation just bs and excuses. Thanks Merit Parking you suck.
