  Used this parking garage 2 weeks ago and they gave me attitude about not having a reservation. Came back this weekend with a reservation through their app and found out that I paid double the cost through the app vs if I had just showed up. Next time they can give me all the attitude they want, that is bs… Clearly a way to just bring in extra money. The cost should be the same across the board.

  We parked our vehicle on weekend around 4.00Pm and it was just easy as it looks. You show your reservation to valet person and walk out. Note he will send you text message as digital wallet verification. And picked up the vehicle around noon it was so simple: you just scan the digital verification and your car will handed over to you in few minutes. No hassle and dint loose anything. Appreciate the fast, continent and easy solution for first timers in NYC. It’s reasonable price compare to other parking lots around the location.
