  This place absolutely sucks for monthly resident parking - the attendants could not be ruder and the average wait time for them to get our car is 25-30 minutes, even when you text them to have the car ready. Would recommend other parking garages in the area that are cheaper and where the attendants are neutrally-friendly.

  If i could give it 0 stars i honestly would. Let’s start off the fact that they zip around in that tiny garage like it’s the Indy 500 narrowly missing hitting poles and other parked vehicles. Then when you pay you have to wait about 30 mins just to receive your car. I don’t know who the one (literally it was a one man show) guy was but whoever he was, the attendant, was very rude. Don’t know if it’s a foreigner or a New Yorker type of thing, but it’s zero reason to be rude to a customer, especially one who is giving you money at the end of the day. Will never return back to this place ever again, be better off parking on the street then coming to this place ever again.

  Convenient, and expensive. Kind and diligent corners. They don’t charge more for larger vehicles, which I appreciate. Be warned, there is $4.50 of hidden fees. They are on the paper in tiny font hidden in the middle of the page, but they don’t verbally tell you about it when you ask for the final price ahead of time. Feels a little sneaky. Since it’s a standard rate for every vehicle, they should be more transparent and include the fees in the written price for transparency. But, because of the kind workers, the care they took with my vehicle, and the convenience, I would park here again.

  Advertised/posted prices vary significantly from enforced rates. There are plenty of other garages in the area that are more affordable, just as secure, and much more pleasant.
