  I made a reservation on Saturday, March 14, at the Greenwich Village location, with a drop-off scheduled for March 15 in Boston. When I arrived to pick up the car, the staff seemed disorganized and unsure about which vehicle they would provide. When the car was finally brought to me, it was in completely unacceptable condition: it was very dirty, missing the trunk cover, had visible damage on the front left tire, and there was a strong and overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke inside the vehicle. I immediately recorded videos and went back inside to report the issue. The employee assisting me acknowledged that this was not normal and said it was the only car available at the time. He offered me a 30% discount as compensation, which I accepted given the situation. I was expecting $150 and received more than $300 However, I have now received the charge on my credit card, and it is almost double the expected amount. It appears that I may have been charged for damages that the car already had before I even took it. Additionally, the fuel tank was nearly empty when I picked up the car. This entire situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect this issue to be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible. I have videos, as well, but it's heavy to upload here.

  The process was so easy and both check in and check out took only minutes. The car was in good condition and the only issue we faced was immediately resolved when checking the car back in. Cameron was very professional, understanding, and efficient, and helped us get in and out quickly after dropping the car off!

  Enterprise on Thompson St. in Manhattan is always angreat experince. Fast, efficient and exceptional customer service. My go to rental pick up when I’m in Manhattan. 😊
