However, my service advisor, Jahbari, truly went above and beyond. While bringing my car in, he noticed an unusual noise and took the initiative to investigate further. That extra attention uncovered a timing belt issue that I wasn’t even aware of. He had it replaced under warranty and ensured everything was handled promptly. My car was returned exactly when promised, running perfectly. The communication, professionalism, and proactive care were exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received.
