Worst parking experience ever. The manager Eddie doesn’t realize his customers are grown adults and not children. Pulled up where the sign indicated and got out. Eddie starts complaining that I didn’t pull up close enough to the wall. When I stated to Eddie that it was too early for him to be so angry and to speak to customers that way he just got louder. His exact words were “if you don’t park the way I told u to I won’t park your car). He also refused to provide his name when I asked (but one of his co - worker did). Because I booked my parking with spothero I submitted a complaint with them but I plan to complain to the actual parking company as well. Eddie definitely needs to realize he works for a company not himself and customer service is key. His attitude was as disgusting as he looks!

Attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the worst experiences with a parking attendant in NYC and that's saying something. Don't give them your business unless you want to be berated.

the worst experience I have ever had. I paid for two hours of parking online. I checked my car in I was asked by the manger how long I would be staying I stated I paid for two hours of parking. I left I came back 20 mins early to get my car I handed him my ticket
(already paid for) this man is going to ring me up for 10 dollars. I stated I already paid online and there is nothing in writing stating I would be charged further for anything else. He told me if I don't pay he would not give me my car. I asked him for his bosses number and the customer service number because I'm not paying for anything else as I prepaid. I went and looked through there online policy. no where on that policy does it state after you pay online they can charge a random fee that the manager has made up in his head. This mans name is Edwin Rosario he has no customer service training has an attitude from the beginning of the transaction till the end. i was told to google the customer service number in which I did I spoke to the service rep who told him that he had to call his boss in order to conclude the transaction his boss told him to release my car back to me. I have never experienced such a miserable soul judging from the 10 reviews already listed Edwin needs to be removed from duty immediately.

Probably the worst parking spot in NYC. The manager Edwin is rude, dismissive and condescending. Just know parking fee will be the least of your concern. The manager Edwin and his employee will damage you car and not own up to it. His answers is “well too bad”. Be ready to sue when you park here.
