  Worst parking experience ever. The manager Eddie doesn’t realize his customers are grown adults and not children. Pulled up where the sign indicated and got out. Eddie starts complaining that I didn’t pull up close enough to the wall. When I stated to Eddie that it was too early for him to be so angry and to speak to customers that way he just got louder. His exact words were “if you don’t park the way I told u to I won’t park your car). He also refused to provide his name when I asked (but one of his co - worker did). Because I booked my parking with spothero I submitted a complaint with them but I plan to complain to the actual parking company as well. Eddie definitely needs to realize he works for a company not himself and customer service is key. His attitude was as disgusting as he looks!

  Attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the worst experiences with a parking attendant in NYC and that's saying something. Don't give them your business unless you want to be berated.

  THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. They charged me an additionnal 10$ for NO reasons and the staff is super rude.

  Believe the reviews, this place is the worst. They damaged my car and refused to pay. It is safer to park your car on any NYC street then park it here.
