  DON’T PARK HERE! I was a monthly tenant- from the day they bought the garage (225 Schermerhorn) from Icon, it went downhill - constant turnover- they hire attendants who don’t speak English and can’t drive a stick - in a space of 12 months, they crashed my car into a barrier ($2000) and killed my battery ($700) - the absolute worst garage ever - GO ELSEWHERE!!

  Don't bother making a reservation. They will fill the lot then you'll have to call to get a refund.

  The attendant was incomprehensible and uncommunicative, didn’t have change to take cash payment, and then payment by credit card took 10 minutes. I don’t know if the processor wasn’t working or what, but the attendant just kept gesturing for me to put my card in the machine again and again.

  Absolutely the worst!!! Do not park here they ask you to give them an hours notice which we did and the guy does not care one bit to keep you waiting forever with zero explanation just moves as slow as humanly possible and does not apologize. The couple ahead of use was also furious we should have declined to park here. Don’t make the same mistake!

  It's the cheapest around for monthly but I would not recommend unless you're on a budget. You have to text in advance to pick up your car, which is fine, but even though, you always end up waiting 15-20 min to get your car back as the attendants somehow never find your car or confuse it with another one. Also, more than once, we've come back unable to park as the garage was overbooked with cars overflowing to the street.
