Both staff members on arrival and departure were extremely attentive friendly and professional. This will now be our go to parking place when visiting our son and the east village.

Parking attendant was extremely erratic and not just rude but openly hostile and aggressive, seemed like he was on some kind of substance. He appeared angry that I had the audacity to come in his garage with my paid reservation. I felt unsafe just being there, I absolutely would not trust him with my car. Will be requesting a refund from customer service. Upon reading further reviews it seems like the same employee who has harassed other customers is still working there. Avoid this place at all costs. Went to the parking garage down the street and had no problem
